Who I Am

I've been through it when it comes to over-achieving at work, and have come out on the other side as someone who has a life outside the corporate doors.

I did everything "right". I got my BA in psychology, convinced myself getting an MBA would solve all the problems, moved from retail leadership into the corporate world, went through a layoff as well as a wrongful termination and everything that came along with it, and pivoted into a field I never thought I would be in, yet is lighting me up in new ways.

I've been the over achiever, I've been the burnout victim of my own making, and now I am still crushing it at work, but with systems and goals that mean what I do is sustainable. And I want to help you do the same, regardless of what you might be dealing with in your career.
